Hydraulic Lifts
HYDRAULIC LIFTS AND BENEFITS:
Hydraulic lifts are used in low-rise buildings and are preferred for load transport rather than human transport.
If there is no space left for the lift in existing buildings or if it is not possible to build a machine room, it becomes an easy and economical solution.
It is not recommended above five floors. On its own control panel, the floor-bringing system automatically brings the lift to the floor in case of power failure. Staying in the lift is out of question.

Advantages of Hydraulic Lifts:
- Low material costs and maintenance fees,
- It creates more effective usable space in buildings,
- Freedom in roof design and access to the terrace floor,
- Free choice of engine room location,
- Ease in static calculations by transmitting the load coming to the building to the base,
- Ability to easily meet the needs of high carrying capacity,
- Cost-free operation on the descent,
- Silent Operation,
- Precise fold adjustment (±3mm) and automatic levelling,
- In case of possible malfunctions (power failure, phase failure, fuse blowing) the lift automatically reaches the floor,
- Impact-free start and stop, step speed adjustment.
Disadvantages of Hydraulic Lifts:
- Performance changes as the properties of the oil used change with temperature,
- Oil leaks from underground systems can contaminate the surrounding water supply,
- The required motor power is 2-5-3 times more than conventional type lifts with the same speed and capacity. Although the motor works only in the upward direction, energy consumption is at least twice as high,
- Unknown costs in installation and maintenance and the fact that companies exclude the replacement of underground systems in their maintenance contracts bring additional costs.
Application Areas of Hydraulic Lifts:
- Two, three and four-stall business premises,
- Two, three, four and five-stall apartment blocks,
- Small hospitals, clinics and medical buildings (up to 3 floors),
- Industrial buildings with low travelling distance, material carrying capacity between 500 kg-560 kg,
- Government buildings (up to 4 storeys),
- Garage lifts of large buildings,
- Service lifts,
- Handicapped lifts in addition to escalators
- Stage Lifts.
